Sean Embury | Work

2008-2009, President/Creative Director
Fulscrn, Vancouver, Canada

Fifteen years ago I started an interactive design studio with a couple of guys who had a little foresight and a lot of drive. Things went well, and after a couple of years, our little company was acquired.

None of us got rich in the deal but since then I've been lucky enough to find gainful employment with some incredible companies and institutions doing what I love: Telling stories, and helping people develop and communicate theirs.

Now things have come full circle.

In November 2009 I started a new company called Fulscrn.

It's a digital media and communications firm focused on providing clients with world-class creative, smart, usable technology, and results based on sound strategic thinking.

The company employs a talented network of strategists, artists, designers, writers, programmers, project managers, producers, and directors. Together we offer organizations successful digital strategies, engaging cross-media content, and extraordinary online experiences.

Fulscrn is doing some amazing work for Discovery Channel, CBC News, and the National Film Board of Canada. We're doing a lot of commercial work too.

Once this first wave of work is done we're going to officially launch the company and a brand new website.

Then we're going to throw a party.

And let people know we mean business.
