Cossette is one of the largest marketing communications company in the world. One of the top 15 advertising agencies in North America, it numbers among the 25 leading agencies worldwide. It offers a full range of leading-edge services to more than 800 clients of all sizes, including some of the most prestigious brands in the world.

As the Creative Director of their interactive business unit, Fjord, I worked closely with strategy, account, and technology teams across the company, and led a top-tier team of writers, designers, animators, and producers creating interactive advertising and branded entertainment campaigns, websites, social media apps, print and video work for a wide-range of high profile clients.

ROLES:

Worked closely with company directors to review client strategies and develop innovative recommendations.

Played a leading role in new business development and new business pitches.

Developed online advertising strategies and creative marketing solutions for a wide range of clients.

Managed and mentored a 10-person team of art directors, designers, information architects, and writers.

Presented advertising and design concepts and rationale to clients, prepared creative teams for presentations.

Oversaw art direction, video/animation direction, copywriting, interface design, information architecture, user testing, and focus group testing.

Coordinated creative production with account, strategy, project management, and technical teams.

Developed corporate brand and marketing materials.
